Supporting the Science of Connectivity

In a time when everyone is keeping their distance, ReVision Gives Back was excited to honor COSI for thinking ‘inside the box’ to create unique ways to connect with the community during COVID-19. As a nonprofit hands-on science center that typically welcomes thousands of guests into their building each day, COSI had to pivot after closing in March 2020 due to the pandemic. WATCH VIDEO: COSI shares more about the COSI Connects program.

COSI Connects was developed in response to these challenges as a way to bring the universe of science into homes across our communities. Through Learning Lunchboxes, remote wifi hotspot locations, and a comprehensive online resource library, COSI hasn’t let COVID-19 stop kids and adults from experiencing, enjoying, and learning about science.

The donation from ReVision Gives Back will help COSI Connects continue to reach into communities throughout Central Ohio. COSI continues to prepare for the science center’s reopening to the public to ensure the highest safety standards are in place.
